1. About MONODOVE

MONODOVE is an online retailer specialising in premium monochrome wildlife artwork. All artwork, images and website content remain the intellectual property of MONODOVE unless otherwise stated.

2. Products

We make every effort to ensure product descriptions, images and colours accurately represent each artwork. Due to differences in screen settings and the nature of fine art printing, slight variations may occur between on-screen images and the final printed product.

3. Pricing

All prices are displayed in the applicable currency and are subject to change without prior notice. Any taxes, duties or import charges applicable outside the United Kingdom are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise stated.

4. Orders

Once an order has been placed, you will receive an order confirmation by email. As all artwork is produced to order, we may be unable to amend or cancel an order once production has begun.

MONODOVE reserves the right to refuse or cancel orders in exceptional circumstances, including pricing errors or suspected fraudulent activity.

5. Production & Delivery

Every print is produced to order using museum-quality materials before being carefully packaged and dispatched.

Estimated delivery times are provided as a guide only and may vary depending on destination, production schedules and courier services.

6. Returns & Refunds

Please refer to our Returns & Refund Policy for full details regarding damaged items, incorrect orders and eligible returns.

7. Intellectual Property

All artwork, photography, branding, logos, website content and designs are protected by copyright and intellectual property laws.

Artwork may not be reproduced, copied, distributed or used commercially without prior written permission from MONODOVE.

8. Conservation Commitment

MONODOVE is committed to supporting wildlife conservation by contributing a portion of profits to conservation initiatives.

Donation amounts and supported organisations may change over time as the business evolves. Updates regarding conservation contributions will be shared through our website and newsletter.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, MONODOVE shall not be liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from the use of this website or the purchase of our products.
