Every MONODOVE print is produced to order using museum-quality materials before being carefully packaged for safe delivery.
Production
As each artwork is printed especially for you, please allow 1-2 working days for production before dispatch.
Delivery
Most orders are delivered within 3-5 working days after dispatch. Returns can be requested within 14 days of delivery.
We offer worldwide shipping, with delivery times varying by destination. Once your order has been dispatched, you'll receive a confirmation email along with tracking information where available.
Packaging
All prints are professionally packaged to help ensure they arrive in excellent condition. Framed and unframed artworks are packaged using materials appropriate for their size and destination.
Customs & Import Duties
There are no duty or import fees for orders within the UK, EU, Australia or USA. International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes or import fees. Any such charges are the responsibility of the customer and are determined by the destination country.

At MONODOVE, every artwork is printed to order specifically for you.
Change of Mind Returns
If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return within 14 days of delivery.
To be eligible for a return:
- The artwork must be unused and in its original condition.
- It must be returned in its original packaging where possible.
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
- Returns must be approved by MONODOVE before being sent.

Damaged, Faulty or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 14 days of delivery and include:
- Your order number
- Photographs of the artwork
- Photographs of the packaging
- A brief description of the issue
If approved, we will arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost.
Custom & Personalised Orders
Custom, commissioned or personalised artworks cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged or defective.
Refund Processing
Once your return has been received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome.
Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank or payment provider may require additional processing time.
Order Cancellations
As all MONODOVE artworks are printed to order, orders can only be cancelled before production begins.
If you need to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible after purchase.
